In an effort to provide you with a Custom Dollar Bill that is created in both a timely fashion and at the most reasonable price, we are providing you with this guideline.

Standard Price:

Pricing for a customized bill is a flat fee of $700.00 for 5,000 bills or $1,500.00 for 15,000 bills. If you need 25,000 bills or more, please contact us for large volume pricing.

If you opt to go for one of our existing bills (e.g. $500.00, $1,000.00 or $10,000.00) and place your information on the back, the cost would be only $700.00 for 7,500 bills and $1100.00 for 15,000 bills. This would include all set up costs, artwork and plating.

These fees include the following:

1. Custom bills.
2. Printer set up and plating charges.

NOTE: One-half the fee is paid before a customized bill project is started and the balance is due upon delivery of the finished product. There are no refunds on customized projects.

Standard Art Format:

• Bill Front: Using our diagram, you may fill the area designated.
• Bill Back: Using our diagram, you may fill the area designated.
• Verbiage is to be supplied by e-mail. A specific description of what verbiage goes in what spot on the bill is to be provided by the customer.

Art is to be supplied as follows:

1. On a disc saved at a minimum of 200 dpi and must be clear and crisp.
2. By e-mail with image at 200-dpi minimum and in JPEG format.

From your verbiage and images, we will create your bills.

Additional Charges:

Additional “art time” is charged at a rate of $85.00 per hour. This includes:

• If any images you send are not workable because of clarity or other reason, we will let you know before we begin work on your bill. If you desire our artists to do any “clean up work” or to find alternate images for you, this will be done at our art rate of $85.00 per hour.
• Once the bill is done, we will send it to you for your approval. If there are any additional changes beyond the original quote, they will be done at our art rate of $85 per hour.
