Recent Support News:

4/15/05 - The Game Show Presenter edition for Macintosh OSX is not currently able to save files for the Windows version with the Transfer Show method. You can workaround this by using the EXPORT button in the Quiz Editor on Mac OSX and then IMPORT the text file from the Quiz Editor on Windows. This will move the quiz text to Windows, but does not move any of the Preference settings. You can reset the preferences manually.

3/15/05 - Exhibitor Bundle Version 4.1 adds features and fixes. New features are a Boot Camp Theme game show set, and an option to skip the Turn Alert screen for a faster pace show. The other option lets you use a manual advance for the scoreboard scene.

2/25/05 - Version 4.1 of the Presentation Edition adds 2 new features and fixes a bug in the Quiz Editor menus. The two new requested features give you more control over the pace of the game show. One option lets you skip the Turn Alert screen for a faster pace show. The other option lets you use a manual advance for the scoreboard scene.

2/14/05 - Frequently Asked Questions page. The FAQ information is now on a separate page.

1/25/05 - Script Runtime error: Index out of range. If you receive that error message while running the game show, the most likely cause is your question ratings (easy/medium/hard) are out of balance. You can easily fix this by opening the PREFERENCES menu, choose SHOW TITLE & SET&UP to open the GAME SHOW SETUP box. Now, look for the checkbox labeled "Use Difficulty Ratings". Uncheck that box and the program will ignore the ratings of your quiz questions. If you really wanted to use difficulty ratings, go through your questions in the quiz editor and adjust the difficulty ratings on each question so you have an even distribution. Ideally, if you have a 12 question quiz, you would want 4 easy, 4 medium and 4 hard. This allows the difficulty ratings feature to sort your questions into round 1, 2 and 3 by rating.

3/12/04 - On Windows, some users have reported a problem results when doing a cut and paste between their word processor and the Quiz Editor.
