GUARANTEES:

We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed warranty on all of our products. If an item does not perform as promised or advertised, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge to you or refund your money if you notify us within thirty days of invoice date. The item must be returned in like new condition with any instructions or supplementary materials included with the original shipment.

PAYMENT:

All orders placed on our website are to be prepaid with a credit card (Master Card, Visa, or American Express). You can also download our printable Order Planning Worksheet.

All International orders must be prepaid with a credit card (Master Card, Visa, or American Express) in U.S. currency at the time an order is placed. International customers must email customer service at customerservice @presentationresources.net for shipping charges.

Organizations with established credit references on file may be invoiced by contacting us via email (blucas@presentationresources.net) or by calling (407)695-5535/(800)308-0399.

If you do not have American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover card and want to place an order, you can do the following:

  • Go to the Home Page
  • Print out our Order Planning Worksheet
  • Select the items you want and complete the order form
  • Mail it to us along with a money order or cashier’s check in U.S. Dollars drawn on a U.S. bank and made out to Creative Presentation Resources.

SHIPPING/HANDLING

We ship anywhere via ground in 48 contiguous states. We can also ship to Canada and Internationally.

For Canadian orders, print and complete the Order Planning Worksheet, then fax or mail it to us. Include credit card number, expiration date, name on the card and billing address (if different from shipping address). If there is a security code for the credit card (e.g. four digit code on American Express Card above number, be sure to include it).

International customers who wish air shipping (within 7 days) versus ground/sea (four to six weeks) should email us with instructions or include with their order. Customers take responsibility for lost shipments once they leave the United States postal system.

All orders are processed within twenty-four hours or on the next business day. Shipping is done via U.S. Postal Service.

PRICE MATCH

If you find an exact non-sale product offered on any U.S.-based website that markets primarily to corporate trainers or presenters, we’ll match their price, plus give a ten percent discount on the item.
