Need a stress reliever.? Ever wanted to throw something when you get angry? Here's the solution - foam cheese bricks. Also perfect for teambuilding and individual activities in training. For example - stack the cheese. The team who stacks the most fastest is declared the winner. As a review activity, toss a brick to someone. The receiver shouts out a session concept learned and tosses to someone else who repeats the process. An alternative review would be to have a stack of bricks on a table. Each person comes forward to select one and place it in a stack while explaining a key concept of the session.
