We use a flat rate shipping fee structure. The following applies to shipping within the United States only.
Regular Shipping
Our website is set up to process regular shipments by U.S. Postal Service only. Most orders are typically shipped the same day via U.S. Postal Priority Mail or Parcel Post (depending on weight and location of delivery), if they
are received before 3:00 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday. Otherwise, they are shipped the following business day. If you have an immediate need, you are encouraged to either order early or pay for special shipping to guarantee
your delivery date.
Special Shipping
All special orders (e.g. overnight, 2nd Day, UPS or FedEx shipments) must be arranged by contacting us as indicated below.
Customers pay actual shipping cost for any special shipments, based on product weight, box dimensions and destination. As an example of how expensive overnight shipments are, the U.S. Postal Service (which is cheaper than UPS
or FedEx for overnight & does not guarantee overnight to some remote locations in the U.S.) charges a minimum of $18.65 for a one pound package. A $2.00 handling fee will be added to the actual shipping charge for special orders
(other than U.S. Postal) to cover fuel charges, since we have to take these to a shipper location for drop off.
A rule of thumb is that overnight packages can cost as much as 50% more than normal shipping in the U.S. depending on shipping location.
NOTE: UPS and FedEx do not deliver to Post Office boxes, while the U.S. Postal Service does.

International Orders
Orders to Canada will be shipped via U.S. Postal International Priority Mail. Other countries will be shipped via either UPS or FedEx. In either case, customers will pay the normal shipping (see chart above) plus any additional
shipping costs incurred . They area also responsible for all taxes and fees assessed by their government once the product arrives in their country.

RETURNING PRODUCTS
We quality check each order to ensure it is correct, and while we strive to be perfect, we are only human. Sometimes
errors do occur. If you receive an item that you did not order, or is does not match the item description shown
on our site, email us at customerservice@presentationresources.net or
call us at (800)308-0399/(407)695-5535 for instructions. If it is our error, we’ll pay the return shipping and send
a new one at no cost to you.
Correct items that are shipped as ordered, then returned by customers, will be at customer expense for shipping
(both directions). We will refund the cost of products only to your credit card used for the order or by a corporate
check if you paid by personal check or money order. Credit will be issued once we receive the item(s). All returned
products must be in their original packaging and resalable. Damaged packages or products, products missing packaging
components or parts, or in otherwise not in resalable condition, will not be credited.
We will not refund for music CDs, videos, VHS training programs, or software programs once they have been opened.
Since special orders have to be paid by us in advance and are sometimes not returnable to a manufacturer, we may
not be able to refund the purchase price on such orders. If the manufacturer will credit us, we'll be happy to pass
that along to customers.
